Cherry, Bosc Pear, Dark Chocolate
This coffee from the Santa Barbara region in Western Honduras was grown at a very high altitude (1400-1750masl) and hand sorted to remove any defective beans and foreign material. A variety of Pacas, Catuuai and IH-90 from different microlots was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente.
A standout coffee with sweet pronounced notes of dark chocolate, and cherry with a subtle hint of bosc pear . Smooth mouthfeel and a very well balanced result in the cup.
